You did really a good job on her, the hand and the chair. I would say top mark for that.
I have seen your other work and and it is the same thing again, the desks are lowering the good impression of your works and I`m sure you can do better.
I think you should check proportions, mouse and mousepad are to small, and tweak a little the sidepanel forwarding us a bit more in terms of lighting and texture.
.... And no, I would not have put my "watermark" that big into the image.
